Courtroom Testimony Should I be required to testify as an expert witness in court, I assess my fee for this time at the rate of $200 per hour with a four hour minimum paid in advance. I calculate my fee based on the total time devoted, including travel time and “stand-by” time. Additional travel, and lodging costs are arranged ahead of time and must also be paid in advance. |
